General Rules and Other Information:
- One entry per customer that spends $200.00 or more on a tattoo.
TATTOOS CAN NOT BE COMBINED WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMERS TATTOO TO EQUAL $200.00.
- There will be two vacations given away:
- The first two will be drawn on Friday, July 31, 2009 at 10:00 p.m.
- The second two will be drawn on Saturday, August 29, 2009 at 6:00 p.m.
- The winner will be notified by standard mail and/or by e-mail.
- You do not have to be present to win!
- Each winner must contact the travel company that we have purchased these vacations thru for their travel plans, questions, limitations, etc… We will provide each winner with that information.
- The packages are good at specific hotels in the following locations: Las Vegas, Reno, Lake Tahoe, Mesquite, Laughlin, Biloxi and Tunica.
- The packages are for 3 days and 2 nights only.
- Each package includes free slot play, and discounts on meals and shows.
- AT THE RIVIERA ONLY- the winner receives a $25.00 room credit to be used anyway they would like.
- The packages have no cash value.
